Refund and Returns Policy

At Nura Organics, we stand behind the quality of our products and honour all guarantees as required under Australian Consumer Law. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns and issue a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery, provided the product:

  • Has not been used

  • Shows no signs of wear and tear

  • Is returned in its original packaging and in good condition

Please note the following:

  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements if the product has been opened, used, or the packaging is damaged.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of AUD 10 will be deducted from your refund amount.
